Professional Memberships
I am an active participating member of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), a national organization dedicated to advancing excellence in emergency nursing through education, advocacy, and professional development.

Capstone Project
My MSN capstone project examined how under-triaging or over-triaging impacts patient safety and outcomes, especially when newly graduated nurses have been rushed into triage roles without proper evaluation. The project focused on developing a competency-based approach to ensure triage accuracy and reduce safety risks in high-acuity settings like the emergency department.
